💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Royal Sundarban Wild Adventures, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both travelers and our team.
🔹 1. Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp using your registered booking details.
The cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
More than 7 days before the tour date: 80% refund (after deducting administrative and booking charges).
Within 7 days of the tour date: No refund.
No-show on the tour date: No refund.
🔹 2. Modification or Rescheduling
Requests for date changes will be considered based on availability and management approval.
Rescheduling must be done at least 5 days before the original tour date.
Only one-time rescheduling is permitted without extra charge.
🔹 3. Cancellation by Royal Sundarban Wild Adventures
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, government restrictions, safety concerns, or unforeseen events, we will:
Offer an alternate tour date, or
Provide a partial refund (after deducting operational costs).
Our management reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour plan in the interest of safety and proper operation.
🔹 4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment only.
The time for refund reflection in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
🔹 5. No Refund Conditions
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
Late arrival or non-participation in activities.
Guests leaving the tour before completion.
Any changes made without prior notice or management approval.
Misbehavior, rule violations, or safety negligence during the tour.
