Welcome to Royal Sundarban Wild Adventures. By booking a tour, using our website, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
🔹 1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, or WhatsApp).
To confirm your booking, an advance payment or full payment (as specified) is required.
Booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after payment is received.
🔹 2. Payment Policy
Payments can be made through online transfer, UPI, or other approved methods listed on our website.
Prices are subject to change based on government fees, fuel costs, or seasonal rates.
The final tour cost will be communicated before confirmation.
🔹 3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for partial refund (after deduction of booking charges).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
No refund will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
In case of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances, we will offer rescheduling or partial refund at our discretion.
🔹 4. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
The package includes the services mentioned in the chosen plan (e.g., accommodation, meals, guide, transport).
Any personal expenses, extra food, beverages, or tips are not included unless specified.
Entry fees to national parks or sanctuaries may be charged separately.
🔹 5. Safety & Responsibility
We prioritize your safety during the trip. However, all travelers participate at their own risk.
Please follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and staff.
Royal Sundarban Wild Adventures shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour caused by natural events, wildlife encounters, or personal negligence.
🔹 6. Changes or Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or activity schedule due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
If a change is necessary, we will make every effort to provide similar alternatives without compromising the overall experience.
🔹 7. Conduct & Behavior
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward local people, wildlife, and fellow travelers.
Any damage caused to property, boats, or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest.
Alcohol consumption and smoking are restricted in certain forest and public areas.
🔹 8. Photography & Media
During tours, photos and videos may be taken for promotional or social media purposes.
If you wish not to appear in such content, please inform us in advance.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy to ensure full confidentiality and data protection.
